Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our digital platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with product management expertise, enabling them to bridge the gap between our technical team and business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centric design, agile methodologies, and the ability to drive product development from conception to launch.

Key Responsibilities :

- Product Strategy and Vision : Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with a mission to enrich the lives of seniors.

- Roadmap Development : Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, outlining timelines, milestones, and feature sets that address both user needs and business goals.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure cohesive and efficient product development and delivery.

- User-Centric Design : Advocate for seniors by ensuring the platform is intuitive, accessible, and tailored to their unique needs, enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.

- Technical Oversight : Provide guidance on technical decisions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance of the platform.

- Market Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

- Stakeholder Communication : Regularly update internal and external stakeholders on product status, upcoming features, and gather feedback to inform continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical products or platforms.

- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in an agile development environment.

- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and user-centric design.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Passion for improving the lives of seniors and a deep empathy for their needs.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in enhancing user engagement.

- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced, dynamic environment.
