Presales Engineer (4-5 yrs)

Job Description :

Presales- Specialists support the sales team by providing technical expertise, demonstrations, and solution presentations to potential customers. Their ability to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions drives successful presales- engagements. Presales Specialists play a key role in building customer confidence, addressing technical concerns, and winning sales opportunities.

Responsibilities :

- Developing solutions, organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling presentations to support the Sales process

- Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practices and in line with client requirements

- Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI's & RFP

- Working closely with Sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process

- Liaising with Sales Managers to provide feedback from industry about service requirements and solutions

- Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor landscapes

Key Requirements :

- You possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- You have 2+ years' experience in software services and solutions presales

- You possess strong problem-solving and prioritization skills

- You have strong presentation skills

- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders

- Advanced proficiency with MS365 office suite - Word, Excel, PPT, etc.

- Positive can-do attitude, high levels of integrity and work ethics
