Senior .Net Lead Developer - Backend Architecture (5-9 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a talented and experienced .NET Core Web API Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable web applications and services using .NET Core. You will work with cutting-edge technologies such as REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Azure DevOps, and SQL Server, while maintaining a focus on code quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain robust web applications and APIs using .NET Core and Web API.

- Design and implement RESTful and SOAP-based services for integration across multiple platforms.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and features.

- Manage source code using version control systems like Bitbucket and Git.

- Use Azure DevOps for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to automate deployment processes.

- Design, optimize, and maintain database schemas and queries for SQL Server.

- Containerize applications using Docker to ensure seamless deployment across environments.

- Troubleshoot, optimize, and debug issues in production and development environments.

- Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members to ensure seamless integration of applications.

- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while ensuring high application performance.

- Follow best practices in coding, testing, and deploying software solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in .NET Core development, specifically building Web APIs.

- Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful and SOAP web services.

- Strong experience working with SQL Server, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.

- Proficiency in Bitbucket and Git for version control and collaborative development.

- Solid experience in using Azure DevOps for CI/CD, release management, and automated

deployments.

- Experience with Docker and containerization technologies for developing and deploying

applications.

- Strong understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) and design patterns.

- Experience in agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).

- Knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Familiarity with additional development tools and frameworks.

- Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.
