We are seeking a Business Development Executive to identify growth opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue. The ideal candidate will generate leads, develop strategies, and achieve sales targets. Strong communication and negotiation skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels including cold calls, emails, networking, and industry events.
Client Acquisition: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
Lead Generation: Research and target potential clients to generate quality leads and follow up on prospects to convert them into clients.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
Sales Negotiations: Engage in negotiations with clients, managing contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline data. Provide regular updates to management on progress toward sales targets.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of services to clients.
Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the companys reach and build relationships within the market.
