Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Market Research: Analysing market trends and identifying potential opportunities for business expansion.
• Client Acquisition: Inbounding new leads and acquiring new sellers
• Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategies to meet business goals and improve market position.
• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and partners to foster long-term business partnerships.
• Negotiation: Negotiating agreements to secure close deal and drive revenue.
• Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve AOP by enhancing sales and revenue growth through identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Further, maintain product profitability year on year.
• Reporting: Timely monitoring and reporting on sales performance, market conditions, and competitive landscape

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent oral & written communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations to peers, leadership, customers and internal/external stakeholders Vital Competency
• Proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on Excel
• Strategic mindset with analytical skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a bias for action and a collaborative team player
• Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving and goal achievement

• Qualification: Any Bachelors Degree
• Experience: 10-15 Years
