• Work closely with HR and management to align welfare initiatives with company strategy.
• Apply problem-solving and creative thinking to design innovative welfare programs.
• Demonstrate a passion for creating a positive work environment and promoting well-being.
• Conduct various engagement activities for workers to improve their morale and motivation.
• Maintain all statutory & non-statutory records related to welfare.
