- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions
- Equipment Installation:Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery or systems
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications
- Documentation:Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
- Document equipment specifications and update maintenance logs
- Safety Compliance:Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks
- Identify and address safety concerns promptly
- Collaboration:Collaborate with other team members and departments to address maintenance needs
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and management regarding maintenance activities
- Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are a plus
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation
