Role & responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify and target new business opportunities within assigned regions or industries.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and evaluate competitor offerings.
Develop and execute strategies for lead generation and networking, leveraging both traditional and digital channels.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
Regularly engage with clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored solutions.
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
Sales and Negotiation:
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and presentations.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to achieve maximum profitability while meeting client requirements.
Market Expansion:
Identify and pursue new business avenues, including untapped geographical regions, industry sectors, and customer segments.
Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and enhance the company's field presence.
Reporting and Analysis:
Monitor and report on sales progress, pipeline status, and emerging market trends.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using the CRM system.
Provide actionable feedback to leadership on business development strategies and opportunities for improvement.
Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
Take full ownership of your sales territory, driving its growth and contributing to the overall success of the business development team.
