We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. Role & responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
Address employee inquiries and grievances promptly and professionally.
Act as a liaison between management and employees to resolve workplace issues.
Policy Implementation:
Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Performance Management:
Assist in the design and implementation of performance evaluation systems.
Support managers in performance review processes and employee development plans.
Compensation and Benefits:
Administer payroll, benefits programs, and compensation structures.
Research and recommend competitive benefits and perks.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
facilitate workshops and employee engagement initiatives.
HR Data Management:
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Generate reports and provide analytics to support decision-making.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Conduct audits and ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations.
Support health and safety initiatives.
