B) Qualifications and skills:
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelors Degree in Management, Accounting, or Finance with 10-15 years of directly related experience in Wealth Management Operations, Securities and/or cash processing, and/or Risk management and at least 5 years of experience in a management capacity or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the [insurance/mutual
fund/PMS] industry.
- Strong knowledge of operational processes, systems, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in process improvement and systems optimization.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, project management software).
