Location: Surat, Gujarat, India

Reporting to: Ajay Das President, Hydrogen Business

Job Summary

• This is your opportunity to take charge of one of the most promising sector around the Globe. As a Business Development Manager, you will:
• Identify and connect with prospective customers in retail and bulk hydrogen consumption sectors.
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the Green Hydrogen business.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research: Discover potential hydrogen customers and their needs in sectors already exploring or requiring sustainable energy solutions.
• Customer Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with both retail and bulk hydrogen consumers, aligning solutions with their sustainability goals.
• Business Strategy Development: Collaborate with the team to craft strategies that meet customer needs while optimizing our solutions.
• Proposals and Presentations: Create and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations highlighting the advantages of Green Hydrogen.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with technical teams to offer tailored solutions and address customer queries effectively.
• Sales and Revenue Tracking: Monitor and report on sales metrics to align with growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Education: MBA or equivalent in Business. Additional Engg degree preferred.

Experience:

• 7+ years in the industrial gases sector.
• At least 1 year of business development experience in hydrogen, engaging with retail or bulk customers (mandatory).

Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills; a customer-centric and results-driven mindset.
