Job Description :
The SAP SuccessFactors Expert will play a key role in the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in at least two of the following functional areas :
- Performance & Goals Management

- Succession & Development
- Strong communication skills, Technical
- Proficiency (A great understanding of system functionalities, integrations, data migration, and configuration.
- Stay current with the latest SAP
- SuccessFactors updates, features, and enhancements), and Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills (Analyse complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications) are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables, including configurations, documentation, and client interactions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project requirements, configurations, and changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP SuccessFactors modules, addressing user inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on SAP SuccessFactors functionalities and best practices.
- Manage project timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor, providing guidance, recommendations to clients on best practices & solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions and recommendations.
- Lead and mentor junior consultants and team members.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant or similar role, with expertise in at least two of the following functional areas :
a. Performance & Goals Management, Recruiting (Recruiter & Candidate Experience), Onboarding, and Succession & Development.
b. Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
c. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
d. Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
e. Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors configuration and customization.
f. Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
g. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
h. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications :
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in relevant modules.
- Experience with additional SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Have worked on Story reports, Talent Intelligence Hub and Growth Portfolio
- Knowledge of integration between SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
