SAP BW/HANA Consultant - E2E Implementation (7-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement complex SAP BW on HANA data models, including InfoObjects, InfoCubes, Data Stores, and Open ODS views.

- Develop and maintain Calculation Views, including complex calculations, aggregations, and transformations.

- Leverage SQL Script within SAP HANA for advanced data manipulation and transformation.

- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data warehousing lifecycle.

- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP BW on HANA solutions.

- Analyze business processes and data flows to identify opportunities for data integration and improvement.

- Document all design decisions, configurations, and technical specifications.

- Participate in all phases of the SAP BW on HANA implementation lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and go-live support.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP BW on HANA data loads, processing, and reporting.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP BW on HANA systems.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in SAP BW on HANA, data warehousing technologies, and industry best practices.

- Research and evaluate new technologies and tools for potential application in data warehousing projects.

- Contribute to the development and improvement of data warehousing standards and methodologies.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BW on HANA development and implementation.

Skills :

Essential :

- Strong understanding of SAP BW on HANA architecture, data modeling, and ETL processes.

- Expertise in SAP HANA SQL Script, Calculation Views, and other advanced HANA features.

- In-depth knowledge of InfoObjects, InfoCubes, Data Stores, Open ODS, and other SAP BW on HANA objects.

- Experience with SAP BW on HANA data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable :

- Experience with ABAP development.

- Knowledge of other SAP modules (SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA).

- Experience with data virtualization and data integration tools.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies
