IT Managers(Product/HR/BDM/Resource/Bench Sales)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in leading and managing a team either in Product Manager/Resource Manager/Business Development Manager/Bench Sales Manager/HR Manager.
• Minimum of two projects experience as a manager is must.
• Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
• In-depth knowledge of the latest IT technologies and trends.
• Developing and Managing End-to-end Corporate client relationship for IT Solutions & Services
• Provide inputs to product management based on customer needs, trends & competition to build product roadmap.
• Arranging and scheduling business meetings with prospective clients
• Able to understand client requirements and design technically and commercially superior solution by effectively utilizing and deploying the resources.
• Understanding of ERP like SAP, Salesforce, Oracle & Web applications in Python, Java & ReactJs businesses processes is preferred.
