Role & responsibilities

1. Marketing Coordination:
• Act as the primary liaison with external marketing and creative agencies.
• Ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns, advertisements, and branding materials.
• Oversee the execution of marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
2. Collateral Development:
• Design and manage in-house marketing collaterals, including brochures, presentations, and flyers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align collateral with branding guidelines and sales objectives.
3. Social Media Management:
• Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage audiences across social media platforms.
• Create, schedule, and monitor content to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
• Analyze social media performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
4. Event Support:
• Assist in organizing and promoting property launches, exhibitions, and corporate events.
• Ensure marketing materials are available and effectively utilized during events.
5. Market Research:
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates having experience in Real Estate Industry preferably in commercial real estate is an added advantage.
