Job Title: Graphic Artist
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Job Summary:
The Graphic Artist will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective design solutions that align with our brand identity and marketing strategies. This role involves collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to produce a wide range of materials, including digital graphics, print collateral and promotional content.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design B2B creative concepts for various marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, catalogs, and social media graphics .
• Create Global visually compelling digital content for our website, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
• Collaborate with the product development team to design packaging and labels that enhance product appeal and comply with US industry standards.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and suggest improvements to enhance our visual identity.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs are innovative and competitive.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Retouch and edit photos for use in various marketing materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven B2B experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the Supply chain and logistics industry .
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing global creative and technical skills.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with web design and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Familiarity with video editing software and motion graphics.
• Knowledge of print production processes and requirements.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
