Assistant Manager - HRBP (Night shifts)

Role & responsibilities

• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention • HR Dashboard for executive team and HR head.
• Attrition management and proactive retention
• Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
• Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
• Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
• Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices.
• Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
• Structuring compensation and benefit packages.
• Managing staff wellness initiatives.
• Improving relations between staff and employers.
• Engaging with heads of department.

Preferred candidate profile

• Degree in human resources management.
