Responsibilities

1) He will be responsible in creating developing and communicating strategies.

2) He will be developing company visions

3) He will be working with the Board of Directors and CEO to develop an inclusive strategies plan.

4) He will be working with the CFO to establish a capital plan

5) He has to identify the strategies threats and risks and develop plans to combat them.

6) He has to analyse the changes in market shares product performance, competitive and Market dynamics

7) He has to set up suitable metrics for measuring the progress of the organization

8) Monitoring business execution plans

9) He should guide the total sales time

10) Technical skills will be an added advantage.

11) Integrity has to be very high.

Exp 10+ yrs (3 to 4 yrs in mfg background would be an added advantage)
