Oracle Cloud Core HCM Technical Consultant

Location: Hyderabad- Hightech City

Mode: Hybrid (2/3 days WFO)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely and communicate effectively with the functional lead consultant.
• Lead discussions with functional and customer teams on data conversions, integrations, and reports related to HCM modules.
• Interact directly with the client to address needs related to templates, error resolution, field explanations, and other technical inquiries specific to conversion.
• Responsible for converting the data and reporting the statistics of conversion.
• Identify and resolve issues during the conversion process.
• Conduct data migration activities, ensuring the accuracy and security of HR data converted from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Collaborate extensively with the functional project team members responsible for developing specifications for reports, interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously enhance the conversion process, ensuring data accuracy and reducing overall conversion time.
• Guide and mentor junior associates, fostering their professional development and empowering them to make meaningful contributions to the company's success and expansion.

Job Qualifications/Required Skills:

• Bachelors degree
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a Technical Lead role
• Oracle certification is a plus.
• Oracle Cloud Core HR experience required
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Highly skilled in Oracle Cloud HCM data conversions, with expertise spanning multiple modules, including Core HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Performance, Talent, and Compensation.
• Proficient in a range of HCM technical tools, including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HSDL, HCM Extract, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI reporting, and Fast Formula, possessing a strong technical skill set in HCM solutions.
• Requires practical expertise in configuring and managing various Oracle HCM components, including flex fields, Functional Configuration Manager, user-defined tables, lookups, and value sets, with a focus on hands-on experience and technical proficiency.
• Experience with Visual Builder Studio and Page composer tools.
• Hands-on Experience with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) is preferred.

• Self-motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities
• Ability to effectively work in a remote model with clients and peers
• Demonstrated ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
