Kubernetes Engineer / DevOps Engineer

About the Role:

Proso AI is hiring a Kubernetes Engineer / DevOps Engineer for BeCloudReady. We are looking for a highly skilled professional with 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have expertise in deploying, managing, and optimizing Kubernetes clusters in production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, maintain, and optimize Kubernetes clusters in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth software delivery.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize containerized applications for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with development and security teams to ensure compliance with best practices.
• Manage cloud resources on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
• Work on container networking, storage solutions, and security best practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE) and container orchestration
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Helm, and Istio
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Spinnaker, etc.)
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments
• Proficiency in Linux administration & scripting (Bash, Python, or Go)
• Strong knowledge of monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, Datadog, etc.)
• Understanding of security best practices for containerized environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with multi-cloud and hybrid cloud architectures
• Knowledge of service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd, Consul)
• Exposure to serverless and edge computing
