Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales executives, and ensuring revenue targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct training sessions.
• Stay updated on Noidas real estate market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior
• management.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 0 -5 years in real estate sales, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role.
• Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, sales planning, and communication skills.
• Personality: Target-oriented, proactive, and result-driven.
• Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Noidas real estate landscape.
• Others: Comfortable with fieldwork, client meetings, and flexible working hours.
