Group Chief Financial Officer - Manufacturing Industry - CA (15-22 yrs)

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a leading organization manufacturing company. This is a high-impact role that offers the opportunity to shape the financial strategy of a well-established and growing company.

About the Role :

As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire finance function, including Business Finance, Legal, Secretarial, Taxation, IT, and Treasury. You will lead a team of 80+ professionals across multiple locations, driving financial strategy, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement long-term financial strategies to support business growth and sustainability.

- Lead investor relations, ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders and investors.

- Oversee financial controls, compliance, and reporting, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

- Manage treasury operations, including capital raising, cash flow management, and risk mitigation.

- Provide strategic leadership to the IT function, driving automation and digital transformation initiatives.

- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), with additional qualifications such as Company Secretary (CS) or a degree in Law preferred.

- 15+ years of experience in leading finance functions, preferably within the [confidential industry].

- Proven experience in a listed company environment, with a strong understanding of corporate finance, investor relations, and compliance.

- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to manage large, cross-functional teams.

- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving financial performance and operational efficiency.
