Role Overview:

- The Civil QC Head will oversee pan-India quality control operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and PropChk protocols.

- This leadership role requires an experienced professional with strong technical knowledge of quality assurance processes, proven team management skills, and expertise in conducting detailed property inspections and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control Management:

- Lead and manage the Quality Control (QC) team to ensure all inspections adhere to PropChk's protocols and national standards.

- Oversee inspections across all construction phases, including structural, MEP, and finishing works.

- Guarantee strict adherence to NBC norms and PropChk quality benchmarks during all property assessments.

Client Coordination:

- Act as the primary QC representative for key accounts across India, fostering strong relationships with developers, contractors, and stakeholders.

- Deliver detailed reports and insights to clients, ensuring clear communication and actionable recommendations for resolving inspection findings.

Technical Oversight:

- Develop, review, and approve inspection checklists and quality benchmarks tailored to diverse projects.

- Identify and highlight discrepancies or defects, ensuring timely resolution and re-inspection.

- Leverage PropChk's proprietary Snagr platform and other advanced technologies for efficient QC operations.

Team Leadership:

- Train, mentor, and empower QC engineers to promote excellence and continuous learning.

- Regularly evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and support to maintain high-quality standards.

Reporting & Analysis:

- Analyze and interpret inspection data, presenting key findings and actionable insights to senior management.

- Monitor and report on team KPIs and project quality metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- 12-14 years of experience in quality control or construction management, with a focus on civil works.

- Strong expertise in quality audits, defect identification, and understanding of national construction codes.

- Familiarity with advanced inspection tools, including digital platforms for snagging and reporting.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

- Proficiency in preparing and delivering detailed reports and presentations.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Willingness to travel extensively across India for site inspections and client meetings.
