RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
Service Operations Management:
Oversee the entire service department, ensuring all operations run smoothly.
Supervise repair and maintenance work, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement processes for improving workshop efficiency, productivity, and
profitability.
Team Leadership:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
Monitor team performance, set targets, and create development plans to enhance skills
and productivity.
Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure excellent customer service, addressing customer complaints and inquiries
promptly and effectively.
Foster long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
Service Revenue Management:
Meet service sales targets through up-selling and promoting maintenance packages.
Monitor service revenue and expenses, and implement strategies to achieve profitability
goals.
Quality Control:
Ensure adherence to Mahindraservice standards, ensuring vehicles are serviced
within timelines and with high quality.
Conduct regular quality audits to improve service delivery and reduce repeat complaints.
Inventory Parts Management:
Oversee the availability and procurement of parts, ensuring minimal downtime and
smooth service operations.
Coordinate with the parts department to maintain optimal stock levels for fast-moving
parts.
Compliance Reporting:
Ensure the service department complies with all legal, safety, and environmental
regulations.
Provide regular reports on service operations, performance metrics, and customer
feedback to senior management.
