- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and loss.
3. *Store Management:
- Supervise the daily operations of the store, including staffing, training, and performance management.
- Ensure that the store is organized, clean, and compliant with safety and health regulations.
- Monitor sales and inventory data to optimize store performance and product placement.
4. *Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present reports on purchasing, inventory levels, and store performance to senior management.
- Analyze data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make informed decisions.
5. *Customer Service:
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to purchases and store operations.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
