Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee and manage electrical installations, maintenance, and repair projects.  with strong leadership, technical, and organizational skills. The Electrical Supervisor will ensure all work complies with safety standards, regulations, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervision and Management:
   

   • Oversee the daily activities of the electrical team, including technicians and contractors.
     
   • Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to ensure timely project completion.
     

2. Installation and Maintenance:
   

   • Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
     
   • Ensure adherence to technical specifications and industry standards.
     

3. Quality Assurance:
   

   • Conduct inspections to verify work quality and compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.
     
   • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues effectively.
     

4. Safety Compliance:
   

   • Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize risks.
     
   • Conduct regular safety audits and training for the team.
     

5. Documentation and Reporting:
   

   • Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, inspection reports, and completed work.
     
   • Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to management.
     

6. Team Development:
   

   • Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and job performance.
     

7. Coordination:
   

• Collaborate with other departments and contractors to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  
• Manage procurement and inventory of electrical supplies and equipment.
  Requirements

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  
• Experience:  in electrical supervision, maintenance, or a similar role.
  
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in electrical systems, circuits, and troubleshooting techniques.
    
  • Knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
    
  • Familiarity with electrical tools, equipment, and testing instruments.
    
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
