Job Description
Job Profile:
- To supervise and carry out the assembly of motors from the team members.
- Ensure material and resources availability required for assembly of motors.
- Ensure proper advance planning and coordination with concerned production, assembly testing team.
- To perform quality check testing of motor at various stages and maintain proper records.
- Keep track record of low wastage rejection.
- Packing and dispatch of the finished material with proper care documentation.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in field related to 3 phase induction motor manufacturing.
- Diploma or ITI in Motor winding or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of motor manufacturing and reading motor winding diagrams.
- Good communication skills required and ability to handle team of 10 to 15 persons for production related activities.
- Flexible and self-motivated individual with a positive mindset.
- Excellent time management skills.
