Project Planning and Coordination: You participate in project planning and scheduling, including estimating resource requirements, allocating manpower, and coordinating with other departments or contractors to ensure timely completion of electrical projects

This may involve new installations, upgrades, maintenance, and repairs of electrical systems and equipment

Safety Compliance: You enforce safety protocols, regulations, and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for your team and compliance with occupational health and safety standards

This includes conducting safety training, performing job hazard assessments, and addressing safety concerns promptly

Quality Assurance: You oversee the quality of workmanship and adherence to industry standards and specifications in electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance activities

This may involve conducting inspections, reviewing work orders, and implementing quality control measures to meet performance and reliability requirements

Troubleshooting and Problem-solving: You assist your team in diagnosing electrical problems, troubleshooting equipment failures, and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and ensure continuity of operations

Equipment and Inventory Management: You manage electrical equipment, tools, and inventory to ensure adequate supplies are available for projects and maintenance activities
