Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best coding practices and team productivity.

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.

Manage databases including SQL and PostgreSQL efficiently.

Handle AWS cloud services for deployment, hosting, and security management.

Oversee version control and collaboration using GitHub .

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance of applications.

Ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies, and development best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in Full Stack MERN development .

Strong experience in SQL and PostgreSQL database management .

Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
