Lead SAP SD/S/4 HANA Consultant - Support & Implementation (5-8 yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled S4/HANA SD Lead to join Sterlite Technologies Limited (STL).

In this role, you will be responsible for leading SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module implementations and supporting the S4/HANA transformation.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in SAP modules, with a focus on SD, FICO, or MM, along with hands-on expertise in SAP Infrastructure, including both on-premises and cloud environments.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the S4/HANA SD module implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and delivering technical solutions.

- Provide SAP support and continuous improvement for SD, FICO, MM, or other SAP modules.

- Collaborate with multiple process partners and teams to solve practical issues and drive consensus on complex projects.

- Develop a deep understanding of SAP Infrastructure, both on-premises and cloud, to enhance system performance and scalability.

- Manage and coordinate complex SAP project implementations, ensuring effective project delivery and timely issue resolution.

- Utilize ServiceNow Platform for incident, problem, and change management in the SAP environment.

- Apply IT industry standards and best practices to improve organizational capabilities (people, processes, technology, knowledge).

- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, ensuring smooth system performance and operational continuity.

- Engage in continuous improvement, focusing on enhancing business processes and optimizing SAP solutions.

- Collaborate effectively with teams across international locations to deliver successful SAP solutions.

Skills and Qualifications :

Required :

- 5+ years of SAP experience, with end-to-end implementations and SAP support engagements.

- Expertise in at least one SAP module (SD, MM, FICO) and exposure to S4/HANA.

- Hands-on experience with SAP Infrastructure, including both on-premises and cloud environments.

- Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow Platform for managing incidents, problems, and changes.

- Project management experience, with a proven track record in managing complex projects.

- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills for SAP technical issues.

- Proficient in verbal and written English communication.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with internal and external teams.
