Oracle UIM Specialist (5-10 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Unified Inventory Management (UIM) Specialist to join our team.

The role involves working with UIM 7.X, focusing on cartridge development, system integrations, and inventory modeling.

This is a remote role, ideal for professionals with a strong background in UIM and a passion for developing innovative inventory solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and install UIM cartridges, including modeling logical and physical inventory.

- Configure extension points and create rule sets for custom functionality.

- Integrate UIM with upstream systems using web services, including SFWS, custom web services, and UIM APIs.

- Work with the UIM PSR model to design and implement inventory solutions.

- Utilize UIM Inventory Managers (Service Manager, CO Manager, Search Criteria Manager) for effective inventory operations.

- Develop Calculate Technical Actions for services to streamline operations.

- Ensure smooth integration and optimal performance of UIM in client environments.

- Participate in conceptual modeling and create scalable inventory management solutions.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

Must-Have Skills :

- 5-10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Unified Inventory Management (UIM) 7.

- Proficiency in UIM cartridge development and installation.

- Strong understanding of extension points configuration and rule set development.

- Experience in modeling logical and physical inventory in UIM cartridges.

- Expertise in UIM integrations using web services, SFWS, custom web services, and APIs.

- In-depth knowledge of UIM PSR models and related inventory solutions.

- Familiarity with UIM Inventory Managers like Service Manager, CO Manager, and Search Criteria Manager.

- Knowledge of conceptual modeling and Calculate Technical Actions development.

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree (BE/BTech/MCA/MTech) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Telecommunications
