SAP SD Support Lead (7-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We are hiring an SAP SD Support Lead for STL - Sterlite Technologies Limited on a full-time basis at our Bangalore location (Hybrid, 3 days a week). This role requires 7-10 years of experience in SAP SD Support Projects, with exposure to S/4HANA and ServiceNow. The candidate will be responsible for SAP SD support, troubleshooting, project management, and process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide SAP SD support with a strong focus on S/4HANA (minimum 1 year of experience).

- Manage SAP SD support projects, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvements.

- Work on SAP infrastructure (on-premises & cloud), ensuring smooth operations.

- Utilize ServiceNow for managing incidents, service requests, and problem resolution.

- Analyze and resolve technical and functional issues in SAP SD.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and IT industry standards.

- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

- Handle complex project management tasks, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across international locations.

- Maintain a solution-focused mindset with a proactive approach toward problem-solving.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- 7-10 years of experience in SAP SD Support Projects.

- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA (minimum 1 year).

- Strong understanding of SAP Infrastructure (On-premises & Cloud).

- Proficiency in ServiceNow Platform for issue tracking and resolution.

- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and diagnosis skills.

- Experience in complex project management within SAP environments.

- Strong knowledge of IT industry standards and process improvement models.

- Proficiency in verbal and written English with strong interpersonal skills.
