Job Description: Billing Executive

• Maintain accurate client account records and outstanding balances.
• Generate sales invoices and maintain ledgers in CRM.
• Add and manage purchase invoices in CRM.
• Update payment information and financial data.
• Notify clients about upcoming or missed payment deadlines.
• Resolve billing issues by communicating with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare financial reports.
• Travel on-site (PAN India) and to client offices for payment follow-ups.
• Collaborate with on-site teams to ensure timely measurements.
• Streamline billing processes, accounting workflows, and provide active feedback.
