Billing Executive / Accounts Receivable

1. Job Description:- Billing

• Attending inquiries of customers and taking orders.
• Handling Customer Calls , shipment tracking with courier company, updating the records, Stock Reconciliation
• Tracking orders / couriers
• Billing Work - Making Invoices as per order (70-90 invoices per day).
• Checking Stock Updates on a regular basis & Stock Reconciliation at times
• Co-ordination with Customers - Mail & Phone
• Co-ordination with vendors
• Co-ordination with Sales & Service teams from branches.
• Preparing MIS Reports
• You will support the Logistics department and perform all tasks given by the Manager..
• Work exp: Atleast 2 to 3 yrs.
• Pref: Male Candidates.

2. Job Description:- Payment Collection

• Coordination with customers on call
• Payment follows up
• Coordination with all India sales and service teams for payment collections
• Bills receivables follow up
• Coordination with accounts
• E - waybills
• Invoice filling work
• MIS & Reports
• Knowledge of Excel required
• Work exp.: Fresher with Graduated
