Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through channel partners, direct sales, and marketing initiatives.
  
• Build strong relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and expand services offered.
  
• Identify potential customers' needs and provide tailored solutions for residential sales, commercial real estate, land acquisition, property acquisition, site acquisition, estate management, and property sales.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth in the real estate industry.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in B2B/B2C Sales or related field (Real Estate).
  
• Strong understanding of Channel Partnerships & Direct Sales principles.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
