Job Description:

As a Real Estate Sales Professional, you will be responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within your assigned territory. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Sales Generation: Generate sales from existing customers and explore new opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Sales Meetings: Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings to strategize and plan sales activities.
• Customer Liaison: Act as a liaison between customers and the company, providing up-to-date information on services, pricing, and new product releases.
• Customer Base Expansion: Establish, maintain, and expand your customer base through effective networking and relationship building.
• Market Expansion: Increase business opportunities through various market routes and channels.
• Sales Targets: Aggressively achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Customer Follow-Up: Continuously follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and to retain long-term relationships.
• Client Relationships: Build and retain client relationships through continuous follow-up and personalized service.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 year of real estate sales experience is mandatory.
• Market Knowledge: Good knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market.
• Sales Excellence: Proven excellence in real estate sales with a positive attitude and team-playing ability.
• Career Inclination: Strong inclination towards building a career in the real estate industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Personal Traits: Dynamic, aggressive, result-oriented, and a self-starter with the ability to work independently and handle pressure effectively.
