Job Title : Jr. Software Tester

Experience : 2 Years

Job Responsibilities :

- Test Case Development : Design, create, and execute test cases based on product requirements and technical specifications.

- Manual Testing : Perform manual testing on various software applications to identify defects and ensure the quality of the product.

- Automated Testing : Work with automated testing tools to create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts.

- Defect Tracking : Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g, Jira, Bugzilla).

- Test Planning : Participate in test planning meetings to understand the scope of testing, timelines, and deliverables.

- Collaboration : Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure quality is embedded in the development process.

- Regression Testing : Conduct regression testing to ensure new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionalities.

- Reporting : Prepare and present test reports, summarizing test activities, results, and key findings.

- Continuous Improvement : Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies.

Technical Skills :

- Knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g, Python, JavaScript) and testing tools (e.g, Selenium, QTP).

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

- Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail to identify even the smallest defects in software products.

- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively collaborating with team members and documenting test results.

- Time Management : Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
