Stores Operation Officer

Responsibilities

• Proactive in handling stores activity
• Receive incoming goods, material count, tally
• Check for damage/shortage and report
• Prepare Goods Receipt Note (GRN)
• Arrange for quality check
• Facilitate with VD/SCM and QC to return back the rejected items to supplier
• Co-ordinate /follow-up with all stakeholders for sub-contracted material in line with plan
• Arrange/binning goods at stores as per SOP
• Prepare/share documents to related departments
• Ensure good 5S in store/warehouse and yard
• Ensure all storage and materials handling equipment are in good condition
• Picking as per pick list, kitting with pick list quantities and timely issue to next customer with records
• Maintain updated entries in ERP
• Ensure Receipts and Issues are correctly documented
• Ensure that rules and regulations relating to physical custody and preservation of stores are followed
• Ensure correct accounting of stores in ERP
• Receive FG from previous process, ensure proper storage
• Ensure proper packing of FG prior to dispatch
• Arrange timely logistics with optimized cost
• Ensure timely dispatches and timely delivery
• Ensure and encourage safe practices in warehouse and logistics
• Inventory related activities
