Bad Boss , bad work culture, Sycophant person flourish here , Owner is super ignorant and full of arrogance. If one resigns, he/she won't be getting any dues whatsoever. At least 10 days salary everyone is donating this company while leaving. Growth is limited. Owner is foul mouthed. They don't have any work plan for the employees. They hire freshers and compulsorily made to sign three years bond. Team Members and staff are supportive. Canteen Facility. Nothing much!!

Remote Area. If you quit within the agreed bond years, relieving or experience letter won't be provided at any cost. Zero career growth and you will get struck there eternally. Worst Management. No job security, you can be thrown out anytime. Better think twice before joining!!

Hardly anything that can be liked working here !

They are not having a prominent work culture here . Only who are relatives to the management person or few old employees can work here peacefully. 4-5 person who are close relatives of MD are key persons here. They never allow outsiders to settle.For outsiders it's tough to get stable. Top management is rude. If you resign , they never make settlement , never pay anything to you.

The Work culture is calm and encouraging. They don't pressurise you or put undue load on you. You have the freedom and space to grow on your own. Lot of scope for learning and exposure to the wider industries,from experienced professionals and knowledgable seniors, especially for freshers who are curious and inquisitive.

Dislikes

There is a lack of a organized system in place and this creates evasion of responsibility and accountability among employees. While there is always a full load of work, there is a paucity of skilled professionals and people have to depend on one single individual for everything and this creates unwanted delays.
