Job Title: Sales Engineer (Vacancies: 3 - Maharashtra, Karnataka & Kerala &Tamil Nadu)

Job Description: As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for executing the Yearly Sales Plan, which includes sales of Spares, Wears, and Repair

Services for Crushing & Screening equipment within your assigned territory.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Adopt a customer-centric approach, converting customer needs into profitable business opportunities.
• Achieve the annual sales budget.
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be a self-starter with a positive mindset and solution-oriented attitude.
• Show willingness to learn and continuously improve knowledge.
• Focus on achieving or exceeding set objectives.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and the local language, both oral and written.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Travel to the site as necessary.

Experience & Educational Qualifications:

• Over 3 years of experience in Aggregates & Mining industry sales functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software.
• Strong negotiation and influence skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Emoluments: Salary will be commensurate with experience and will not be a constraint for the right candidates.
