Senior Tech Lead Java

We are looking for a Senior Tech Lead Java with a product-oriented mindset to lead the development of an internal product designed to enhance the performance of client projects when integrated. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a product-based company environment, understands scalable architectures, and can drive innovation in product development.

As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and leading a team to build a highly scalable and performant internal product that will optimize and improve client solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment.
• Design and develop scalable, high-performance Java-based applications that integrate seamlessly with client projects.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Architects, and Business Analysts) to align product development with business goals.
• Ensure the product is highly available, secure, and optimized for real-world client scenarios.
• Lead a team of engineers, providing technical mentorship, code reviews, and architectural guidance.
• Implement best coding practices, design patterns, and performance-tuning techniques for Java-based applications.
• Own and drive microservices architecture, API design, and database performance optimization.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to enable CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployments.
• Keep up with emerging trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in product performance.

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in Java (Java 11+ preferred), Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
• Experience in high-performance, scalable system design and development.
• Solid knowledge of databases (SQL & NoSQL PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Expertise in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker & Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with performance tuning, caching strategies (Redis, Memcached), and multithreading concepts.
• Strong understanding of APIs, RESTful services, GraphQL, and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Proficiency in DevOps & CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Strong grasp of security best practices in software development.
• Experience with frontend technologies (React, Angular) is a plus but not mandatory.

Soft Skills Required:

• Product-first mind set ability to think beyond just development and focus on product scalability, usability, and impact.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Proven leadership experience in mentoring and leading engineering teams.
