Role Details:

Position: Senior Java Developer

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Innovative Development: Architect, design, code, and debug product features using the latest web and mobile technologies.

• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

• Sales Support: Collaborate with the presales and sales executive teams to provide technical insights and support.
• Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest trends and technologies, sharing knowledge with the team.
• Prototyping and Innovation: Rapidly create and test prototypes, learning from real-world feedback to refine and enhance our products.
• Agility and Curiosity: Challenge the status quo, ask insightful questions, and explore "what if" scenarios to drive continuous improvement.
• Quality and Testing: Embrace test-first development, utilizing modern test frameworks to ensure top-notch quality in every release.

Technical Skills Required:

• Extensive Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Java/JEE for enterprise applications.
• Architectural Expertise: 4+ years in roles focused on business/technology alignment.
• Database Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience in MongoDB/ NoSQL
• Java Mastery: Strong skills in Java, Java EE platforms, Spring framework, Hibernate, JSP.
• Web Development: Expertise in JavaScript, CSS, JSON, Angular, API Development/Integration with third party APIs and related frameworks.
• DevOps Savvy: Familiarity with Git, CI tools, Sonar, and other DevOps practices.
• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in performance and scalability.
• Agile Methodology: Proven track record in Agile environments with excellent communication skills.
• Continuous Learning: Passion for learning new technologies and upgrading existing ones.
