" Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Hybrid at Pune, Maharashtra, India Roles and Responsibilities:

• Experience of 2- 4 years in Fastener industry required.
• Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.
• Research and build relationships with new clients.
• Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the companys business leaders.
• Plan approaches and pitches that speak to the client s needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Participate in pricing the solution/service.
• Present new products and services to improve existing relationships and open doors for new clients.
• Track and record activity on accounts and close deals to meet targets.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, client relationship management, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English.
