Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Architect to join our team. This role involves designing and implementing data integration workflows, optimizing data pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data systems align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Integration: Design and implement data integration workflows (APIs, ETL/ELT tools, data lakes) to connect disparate systems.
• Data Engineering: Develop scalable data pipelines using industry-standard tools and languages. Optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing workflows.
• Collaboration: Partner with data analysts, data scientists, and business teams to deliver clean, usable datasets. Work with IT teams for seamless deployment.
• Technology & Tools: Evaluate and implement data management tools (ETL platforms, cloud services, databases) while ensuring compliance with governance, privacy, and security policies.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain documentation for integration and engineering processes, providing regular updates on system performance and issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in ETL/ELT tools (Talend, Informatica, Apache NiFi).
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, Scala, or Java.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and services (S3, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and data warehouse systems.
• Familiarity with orchestration tools (Apache Kafka, Apache Airflow).
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and excellent communication. Attention to detail with a focus on quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
• Knowledge of data governance/compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA).
• Certification in cloud technologies or data engineering tools.
