We are seeking an experienced Cisco UCCE (Unified Contact Centre Enterprise) Administrator to design, implement, and manage Cisco UCCE solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with integrating UCCE systems with Azure cloud services, driving modern contact center capabilities and streamlined workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and configure Cisco UCCE solutions, including components like CVP, ICM, and Finesse.
Perform end-to-end system setup, deployment, and testing of UCCE environments.
Manage and maintain UCCE environments, including call routing, reporting, and workforce management.
Implement advanced features such as omnichannel communication, call recording, and analytics.
Support integration with third-party applications, including Azure and APIs.
Install and configure UCCE services like Call Manager, Router, CVP, Finesse, CUIC, and more.
Develop ICM scripts, CVP IVR applications, and Finesse CTI screens.
Good to Have:
Experience with Azure integration, including Azure Bot Services, Azure Communication Services (ACS), and Azure Event Grid.
Ensure secure and reliable connectivity between on-premises UCCE systems and Azure cloud environments.
