Project Manager - HR Projects

Role & responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for HR projects pertaining to onboarding of a Recruitment Platform, HR Case management tool and help evaluate and migrate to a new HRMS from the current one.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and integration of the recruitment platform, HR case management platform, and HRMS.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and ensure projects are delivered within the allocated budget.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are aligned with organizational goals.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, including progress, challenges, and solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on HR projects.
