Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate between various teams
• Communicate and coordinate with vendors and other service providers
• Liaise with management and company clients
• Deal with top management of corporates and government organisations
• Write and respond to project related emails
• Prepare proposals, budgets, briefs, and presentations
• Monitor project progress and prepare status reports
• Conduct online and offline surveys and research work wherever required
• Visit various locations and offices as per project requirements
• Attend seminars and other meetings as necessary
• Carry out various marketing and awareness activities for the organisation

Preferred candidate profile

• Regular MBA or equivalent from any recognized University
• Experience in operations, marketing and/or process management with a minimum of 7 years of work experience
• Exceptional leadership skills and must be highly-collaborative and team-oriented
• Must be a problem solver and adept at troubleshooting
• Professional business skills, such as negotiation, relationship building, project management, and leadership
• Excellent organizing skills and attention to detail to effectively coordinate assessment, monitoring and evaluation processes
• Must be confident and articulate with exceptional presentation, analytical and written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Exceptional outreach, organisational, social and relationship management skills.
• Willing to travel and meet new people
• Ability to do meetings with top management of large corporates and government organisations
• Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Capable of researching information, conducting analysis and presenting results
• Knowledge of Project Management apps like Asana, Zoho etc would be an added advantage but not mandatory.
