Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Project Manager to lead the technical strategy, development, and execution for our organization. This leadership role will involve overseeing the technical team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and driving innovation across all technical aspects. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of technology, management, experience, and the ability to align technical goals with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Strategy: Lead and manage the technical team to execute complex projects. Define the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap to support the company’s overall objectives.
• Technical Oversight: Ensure the integrity and scalability of all technical systems and architectures, providing guidance on best practices and emerging technologies.
• Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end technical project lifecycle, from planning through execution, delivery, and ongoing support. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other departments (e.g., product management, marketing, operations) to align technical capabilities with business needs and objectives.
• Mentorship and Development: Lead by example, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to junior and mid-level engineers. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence within the team.
• Innovation and Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative. Propose new technical solutions that can improve products and services.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical risks related to projects, products, and systems.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain technical standards, quality controls, and best practices for code development, testing, and implementation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in M Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Experience: At least 10+ years of experience in a technical leadership role in engineering components, with a proven track record of managing technical teams and successful project delivery.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with metal production and processes & metallurgy.
• Industry Expertise : Must have strong knowledge & experience of Steel/SG Casting, Hot/Cold Forging, Hot/Cold Forming, Fabrication etc.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make critical decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing requirements, new technologies, and evolving business priorities.
