About the Job Role:

The External Project Manager will be responsible for collaborating with external customers on Cloud/Application Development/Security initiatives, managing the entire project lifecycle from kickoff to closure. This role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure the successful and timely delivery of projects in alignment with customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams across departments, primarily engineering, to address customer needs.
• Identify and align the appropriate Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for customer requests.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and thoroughly documented.
• Define project scope and objectives by involving relevant stakeholders and assessing feasibility.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as needed.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedules, and stakeholders using established methodologies.
• Measure and analyze project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Maintain and strengthen customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Monitor project performance, ensuring the achievement of short-term and long-term goals.

Skills Required:

• 2-4 years in a similar role preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Cloud Technology and Application SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in project management.
• Exceptional client-facing, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
