Project Manager - Real Estate (20-22 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are in the process of developing 6 Lac SQFT State of The Art Private IT Park in East Pune and looking forward to hire a Project Manager to lead the Project.

Project Manager is expected to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project

- Predict resources needed to complete project

- Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites

- Draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements

- Manage costs in order to meet budget

- Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts

- Manage construction schedule and activities

- Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines

- Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes

- Select and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships

- Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors

- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering

- A minimum of 20 years of experience in managing office space development or a similar role is preferred.

- Professional certification (e.g., LEED accreditation) is a plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles

- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards

- Good knowledge of MS Office

- Familiarity with construction/ project management software

- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- A team player with leadership abilities
